Best Grill for the Money
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I bought this grill about 1 year ago. Our family does a fair amount of entertaining and barbequing during the Spring and Summer. This grill simply delivers each and every time. It lights easily. The burners get to optimal temperature (even searing temperatures) quickly. It cooks evenly. It's made of solid construction. It's durable and looks great. It runs on propane gas, but it seems pretty efficient. I think this is my 3rd propane tank in 13 months. Some have commented on the size of the grilling area, but we have had over 10 people over and grill space has not been an issue. The burner plate on the left is a cool feature, but I have to admit that we have not used it very much....if at all. I think this is the only thing that distinguishes the E-310 (no burner plate) from the E-320.

I will say it took me a couple hours to assemble. Overall the instructions are decent, but they do have some spotty areas in terms of verbal instructions. But once assembled, the Weber E-320 runs great.

I understand that in this economy it's hard to justify investing this much in a grill, but the alternative is buying something cheaper and less sturdy and having to replace it in a couple of years. I've been to a friend's BBQ and watched him literally struggle lighting his grill and scratch his head wondering why it takes over 15 minutes to grill hamburgers. Needless to say his grill was not a Weber.

The bottom line is the Weber E-320 is an excellent product designed to last.

Do NOT order from amazon.com
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Do NOT order this grill from amazon.com. Buy it already assembled from a local retailer. The grill arrived without 3 of 4 packs of nuts, bolts, screws, etc. needed to assemble the grill. I called Weber customer service to get the missing items. The customer service person was cheerful, polite, respectful and eager to help. She would have the missing items shipped overnight that day. The package arrived, but was still missing some items. So I called again and got the most apathetic rep I have ever experienced. She said shipping was backed up and didn't know when I would get the delivery. It arrived in two days, but was still missing some items. At this point the grill is half assembled and taking up half the garage so a car can't be parked there. I call Weber again and get a complete jerk of a service rep. He has an attitude and says how can I not have all the items when two assembly kits have been sent to me. He rudely questions everything, puts me on hold, and finally says he will ship the items. This was last night so I have not yet received anything and he didn't say how or when the shipment would be sent. I called back and insisted on talking to a customer service supervisor or manager and told him of my complaint. Pay whatever extra it might cost to have it assembled and delivered by a local retailer. It has been two weeks now since the grill was delivered and is definitely not worth it. I would have returned the grill to amazon.com, but there is no way I could get all the pieces back in the box. That is another consideration - if you should need to return the grill because of a defect or other reason it would be impossible to repackage it yourself.

A great little grill, but not very portable
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This is a great small grill, but I prefer the somewhat more expensive Weber Charcoal Go-Anywhere, which has more vents and folds up neatly for travel. If you plan to set this grill up on your deck or balcony and not travel much with it, this grill would work well.

Fabulous Grille
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Fabulous grille. The directions for assembly were daunting at first but turned out to be relatively uncomplicated. Took about 2 1/2 hours. I have had this for about 3 months, so I can't speak to its longevity, but it works well, looks good. I don't know if the stainless steel racks would be better as food sticks to the enamel version. The only complaint that I have is the lack of work room on the exterior surface.

Great Grill
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This grill is everything as advertised. Very easy to set-up, took about a 1/2hour. Heat is very good and controllable, only issue so far is the smoker run hot, have to watch it or burn through chips too fast. Rotiserie works great.

Company that sold the unit, evVive Home delivered on time, no damages to grill or shipping box.

Very happy with it and would buy again from evVive Home.

Love Weber BBQ
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I've owned Weber Grills for years. I just got my Smokey Joe Silver yesterday, came with a very small chip on the rim, but sometimes stuff happans in shipping. No big deal. I covered the chip (approx. 1/8") with some BBQ Paint and good to go. After cooking 2 large steaks, the coals remained red for about 6 hrs. everything worked well. Cleaning was a snap. I Have a large Weber grill (22") that I kept on the front porch of my vacation home (cabin) the Grill has been on my porch for almost 20 years. rain, snow, summer heat. It still looks almost new. with NO rust at all. I'm sure it will last another 20+ years. Thanks Weber.

Lil Smokey
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Used it today for the first time. Wish it was a little deeper for a roast I was doing. Prime rib turned out great after a bit of modification!

Mega!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Mind you, I am at Granddaddy age, and planning for the numbers gathering, but this is a fabulous grill. Each burner has its own starter/lighter, and you can isolate anywhere on the grill if only using 2 or 3 burners, rather than all 6. Side burner is outstanding. My last grill lasted 20 years. This one .... last one. Wow!

I LOVE this Weber
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
The Summit S-620 is their "cheapest" top of the line chassis. This grill does not include the smoker box and hidaway rotisserie that the S-650/670 have nor does it have the sear burner that the S-670 has. However, the add-on rotisserie is $[...] from Weber, the smoker box another $[...] or so. You really don't need a "sear burner". Just preheat the grill properly and it'll do the trick.

For starters, this grill gets hot! I misread the temp gauge the 1st time I fired her up and got her up to almost 400 degrees C! That's almost 750 degrees F! Yipes. Glad I didn't melt her down on day 1. Flame control is excellent (low really means low) and the grill is able to do a good job of indirect grilling with just the two outside burners. No control issues grilling steaks, chops, chicken, fish, or vegetables.

Added features like grill out lights (useful after dark) and the tank "fuel gauge" are helpful.

Construction is sturdy. The cart itself is mostly stainless steel and porcelain enameled steel, the grill box appears to be mostly cast aluminium and porcelain enameled steel. Assembly took me 30 mins (solo job and almost tool-less).

Only 2 complaints. The grease trap feels cheap. The edges on the stamped steel parts are sharp and unfinished. And, it is VERY expensive. [...]
Overall, I paid what I paid for the Weber name (and their support) and a fantastically designed grill. I could not be happier!
