hey charliecheddar23, there are things in life ya just can’t improve on. One is A1 Steak Sauce. It’s been around since the beginning of time, and for good reason. We aren’t too proud not to pour on some of that A1! -BBQ Pit Boys
thanks ward185 for those kind words. we try to answer all our emails but we have been getting behind with those replies, or plain just can’t keep up. YT email system is getting better, although some emails have been lost. If we don’t get back to right away, then email us again. we’ll eventually figure this whole YT email thing out. -BBQ Pit Boys
Hey staggerholme, you’re right. The Weber is more expensive but if you compare you’ll find that the Weber is a heavier duty steel and virtually air-tight when the vents are closed. (you get total control over temps) The dome top shape also produces a convection type heat which makes for a moist and correctly textured result for meat. It is also perfect for barbecue ( “low and slow”) that no big ol’ side box smoker can out do! The Weber is worth the extra $. -BBQ Pit Boys
I can smell somebody chargrilling down the end of my street almost everyday this summer. It’s driving me insane, the smell is almost pornographic in its intensity. I have to get my own charcoal bbq.
Can anybody give me an idea about the following:
If you were to choose between a RECTANGULAR covered bbq with ADJUSTABLE coal rack, ie. can be moved up and down
or
a typical WEBER type circular bbq
which would you get?
(the rectangular one is about half the price of a weber)
I have made about every one of your recipes over the past year or so,and they are all great. Thanks to your videos I have become a barbecue guru myself. You have answerd every question I have ever left on the comments and I cant thank you enough for my new found obsession.I wish you well in 09,and keep em coming.. Thanks

hey DCStream, thanks! because of the rich fresh seafood flavor you really don’t need any spices for this but maybe salt……your choice! -BBQ Pit Boys
